On December 16, 2023, the Organic Polymer Semiconductor Materials and Devices Seminar and Year-end Summary Conference were held in Beijing. The conference was hosted by the School of Materials Science and Optoelectronics Technology of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and hosted by the research group.

The meeting officially started at 9:30 in the morning. Professor Huang Hui first delivered a speech. He also reviewed the development process and achievements of the research group in the past ten years, and provided guidance and deployment for the future work direction of the research group.

At the meeting, Professor Peng Qian, Associate Professor Shi Qinqin, Associate Professor Cai Yunhao, Associate Professor Han Yinghui, and Teacher Wen Kaikai gave speeches on "Organic molecule excitation process and molecular design", "Precision synthesis of organic polymer semiconductors", and "Research and development of organic optoelectronic functional materials" respectively. At the meeting, senior representatives from each research direction reported on the frontiers and results of their own research directions.

The conference also set up a teacher-student discussion session. The meeting also invited graduating group members from previous years to participate in the discussion.
