The Thieme Chemistry Journals Award is awarded annually to emerging researchers worldwide who are in the early stages of their independent academic careers. The winners are selected exclusively by members of the editorial boards of SYNTHESIS, SYNLETT and SYNFACTS, who have been paying attention to promising young scientific workers working in closely related fields of chemical synthesis and catalysis or organic chemistry.

Since the award was first awarded in 1999, its goal has been to recognize and encourage a new generation of organic chemists.

In 2024, 107 emerging organic chemists from all over the world will become the winners of the Thieme Chemistry Journals Award. Among them, Mr. Shi Qinqin of the research group is one of the winners. Congratulations!
