On June 28, according to the "Regulations on the Funding of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation", after expert review, a total of 4,313 people were selected for the 75th batch of general funding of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. A total of 19 people from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences received funding, and Dr. Wei Yanan from the research group received the funding.

General funding is a start-up or supplementary funding for postdoctoral researchers to conduct independent innovative research during their stay. The funding recipients are determined by expert correspondence review. The application project should be fundamental, original and forward-looking, with important scientific significance and application value. The funding standards are divided into two categories: natural sciences and social sciences. The funding standard for natural sciences is 80,000 yuan; the funding standard for social sciences is 50,000 yuan.
