According to the Notice of the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation on Carrying out the 2024 National Postdoctoral Research Program (including the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program) and Postdoctoral Research Performance Evaluation and Assessment Funding Application Work (Bo Guan Ban [2024] No. 32), the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation organized the application and evaluation work of the 2024 Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program (National Postdoctoral Research Program A, hereinafter referred to as the Postdoctoral Innovation Program), with a total of 1000 people entering the conference review stage, and ultimately 500 selected candidates were determined.
